Join us in contemplative prayer and walking meditation for peace and healing.

We will gather outside the sanctuary of EWTN before entering the sanctuary for 30 minutes of silent prayer and meditation. Quietly, we will carpool(or take your own car) 5 minutes down the road to the back entrance of Ruffner Mountain(by the baseball fields.)

There we will together embark on a silent hike to the peak, where we will focus our unified prayers on world healing and peace. Upon completion of our world heart contemplation we will share snacks and reflections before returning.

The intention is for this to be a 2.5 hour fellowship.

Join in a sacred collaboration, with handpan and alchemy bowls and gong with intentional breathing.

This process is a meditation where we draw in and harness life force through the breath with intention of infusing our body with our soul light. With the spark of the divine stoked in our heart, we work with sacred sound to amplify our prayers and hearts' desires as we surrender into the sound bath.

Please bring a water and any props necessary to sit in meditation and then lie down comfortably for the sound bath.

Eclipses are times when the light of awareness is inhibited, illusions are are heightened, and shadows are exposed. This is ideally a time to be quiet and introspective and not the ideal time to be setting intentions. Rather than working with direct intention, we offer this space to hold the human experience with sitting around the fire with song, gentle movement, sound healing and a medicinal meal.
